■今回、新設のポジションとして募集となります。FP&A Managerと業務分担をして、お互い補えるような体制を目指しておりますが、本ポジションはAccounting業務がメインとなります。部下なしとなりハンズオンで自走できる方が対象となりますが、ご経験によっては、派遣スタッフが部下ポジションでつく可能性があります。英語に関しましては、本国へのレポートやMTGが発生する為、ビジネスレベルが必要となります。ですが、このポジションでは、入社１～2年程度はメールのやり取りが中心となるため今後、習得意欲がある方であれば相談可能です。
■働き方としては、在宅勤務（週1～2日程、状況による）やフレックス（コアタイム：11:00～16:00）の使用が可能で、皆様、メリハリを付けて就業されております。また、有給休暇とは別に特別休暇（カレンダーによりますが、2026年は4日支給）も支給されるなどお休みも充実しております。ですが、カレンダーは本国に合わせる為、GWや年末年始等出勤の可能性がございます（代休の取得可能）。

仕事内容	As an Accounting Manager , you will report to Finance Director based in Japan. ■Finance Accounting (80%): ・You will be hands - on in managing and executing accounting operations while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial reporting. You will independently lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in close collaboration with external accounting partners, ensuring all financial data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with both local and group requirements. You will proactively identify discrepancies and take ownership of the review and validation of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet). ・You will also take full ownership of key internal control processes, including the Purchase Order (PO) workflow. Acting as a crucial point of contact for finance - related operations, you will ensure appropriate cost allocation, support stakeholders across functions, oversee timely payments, and continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of finance processes. ・Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and high - quality financial information on the company’s performance, liquidity, and cash flow, while ensuring full compliance with tax, statutory, and corporate governance requirements. ■Finance Controlling (20%): ・In addition, you will act as a trusted finance partner to the business by delivering insightful financial analysis and forward - looking projections. You will prepare and review monthly financial reports and management materials, providing clear and actionable insights to support decision - making.
