■Document missing regulations, operating procedures, RCMs, flows, etc. in the company's internal control environment and also update existing documents.
■Internal audit experience is a plus, but even if you don't have it, if you have worked in accounting up to a managerial position, we believe you have the knowledge and experience in compliance that accounting requires.
■Familiar both USGAAP and JGAAP and working experience.
■Understand and scrutinize business processes, advise each department, and provide support from the perspective of internal audit from all controls required by SOX and compliance (OTC, PTP, FA, PR, FCRP, ICF, IT, EHS, etc.).
■Be aware of process changes, check for changes in the Narrative and Control Matrix or if process changes conflict with compliance, and update instructions periodically.
■Regularly conduct educational activities for Process Owners and employees to create a culture in which compliance is observed even without awareness.
■At the time of internal control audits, act as a point of contact with external auditors to ensure smooth communication and to identify possible financial risks and corporate risks. In addition, work together as a contact point for each department and provide explanations to the auditors, submit materials, and give advice to each department as appropriate.
■Monitor daily transactions (sales, inventory, accounting, IT processing, etc.) to see if they violate any of the laws and regulations surrounding the company, and propose corrective measures if necessary.
■Provide consultation on internal processes and accounting procedures from the perspective of finance disclosure, with an auditor's perspective.
■Be able to advise on what should be done from the perspective of corporate governance and recommend corrective actions.
