●Main Purpose
As the principal finance executive provide leadership, partnership, direction and control across all aspects of the country finance operations with overall accountability for:
・Directing the business planning and budgeting activities of the Group’s operations
・Ensuring financial compliance and control
・Delivering high level, strategic commercial support to the business in partnership with senior management
・Providing leadership and direction of the Finance Function.
Overall mandate to achieve sustainable, profitable growth through enhancing management of retail, internet and wholesale channels and activities, to include detailed understanding and management of KPIs, key balance sheet and P&L metrics
【Key Responsibilities】
●Financial management
・Provide strategic and tactical financial advice to country leadership
・Lead the annual planning and quarterly revisions in accordance with corporate requirements.
・Proactively monitor P&L drivers, report on variations and possible effects on profitability.
・Monitor and report on adherence to approved budgets.
・Ensure all corporate and regional requests are addressed
・Direct and monitor the development of monthly management accounts and reports ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
・Drive and support accurate forecasting in conjunction with functional heads
・In collaboration with shared services, ensure the proper maintenance of the company accounting records in accordance with corporate and statutory requirements
・Oversee the preparation, signing, filing, and payment of all local, state, and federal taxes
・Monitor cashflow forecasting process to be sharpen on working capital management
・Evaluate, monitor performance and report on assets used in running the business
・Evaluate and manage the inventory position of the company
・Control and monitor expenditure for capital expenditure projects in accordance with policy
・Review and make recommendations on capital expenditure proposals
・Work with the shared service accounting operations to monitor reporting, resource allocation and budget forecast activities.
・In collaboration with shared services ensure that the debtors ledger is well managed and DSO targets adhered to
・Provide financial and general management advice and input on business development projects
・Establish and implement short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
●Governance and compliance
・Provide leadership in the maintenance of financial compliance and control
・Fully enforce Company policies and guidelines across all divisions and groups
・Ensure that proper internal controls are in place and that measurement and tracking is systematically executed in this regard
●Commercial and strategic
・As a member of the country leadership team, provide thought leadership and strategic input in the ongoing development of business strategy aimed at maximizing top and bottom line business
・Provide relevant business oriented financial support to address key business opportunities or challenges, leveraging the various drivers within the P&L, analysis on investments and recommendation on commercial contracts
・Provide strategic financial advice to support the integration of acquisitions and new brands/products as they are defined and come to market
・Partner and work with the Regional heads in the development of Regional strategy
・Proactively manage financial relationships within the region (including JV partner) and corporately at a global level
・Liaise and network across the broader finance organization regionally and globally to develop functional networks and leverage best practices
・Provide high level representation of the country at Regional and Global meetings and conferences

・Lead, develop and manage the Finance team to deliver a high standard of team performance
・Recruit, develop, retain and rotate top talent
・Take ownership and drive the short, medium and long term career planning and development plans for all people in the department

応募条件 |
・Tertiary qualifications at degree level in accounting and finance (e.g. experience of USGAAP/JGAAP/IFRS, or Nissho bookkeeping 1st grade or US CPA are plus)
・Post graduate qualifications – MBA or equivalent highly regarded
・Accounting Qualifications
・10+ years experience as a finance professional at a senior level.
・Familiar with FP&A tools, e.g. SAP BPC, Power BI
